Branchpin (branchpin.com) has no accounts and asks you for no personal information. Cookies are used only if you agree. This page explains what data is processed when you use the site.

Visit statistics

Two tools help us understand how the site is used. Cloudflare Web Analytics uses no cookies, does not identify visitors and does not track you across sites; it only produces aggregate figures such as page views, country and browser type. Google Analytics uses cookies only with your consent, as described below.

Google Analytics and cookies

If you choose “Accept” in the banner, Google Analytics (Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited) stores cookies whose names start with “_ga” in your browser. They measure which pages are viewed, where visitors come from and how long a visit lasts. They are not used for advertising or personalization and are kept for up to 2 years. Google may process this data on servers outside your country.

If you choose “Decline”, or make no choice, no cookies are set; Google receives only cookieless pings that do not identify you. Your choice is stored only in your own browser and can be changed at any time here. When you decline, any Google Analytics cookies set earlier are deleted.

Server logs

The site runs on Cloudflare. For security and to keep the service running, Cloudflare may briefly keep technical logs such as IP address and browser details. These logs are not used to identify visitors.

Maps and directions

Maps on location pages load from OpenStreetMap, so your browser connects to OpenStreetMap's servers while a map is shown. The “Directions” button opens Google Maps; Google is contacted only when you click it. Those services' own privacy policies apply.

If you email us

Messages you send to support@branchpin.com are used only to reply to you and to fix errors you report. They are not shared with third parties.

Your rights

To ask whether we hold any data about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, write to support@branchpin.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, the current version is published on this page with a new date. If advertising is ever added to the site, this page will be updated and your consent will be asked for.
